Interim Management

Our approach to help is modular and agile. We assist both on short projects as well as on longer assignments. We can take over interim roles or support new hires in their new positions.

Steering Committees and Advisory Boards

Continuous support of your transformation journeys and projects (e.g. after initial project phases have been completed) can be organized through a continued support role, e.g. on an advisory board or a specific committee. We perform these roles as an integral part of our services.

Mentoring & Coaching

Mentoring and coaching are the logical conjunction between advisory and training. We are experienced in coaching and mentoring senior and group board level individuals.

Coaching and mentoring are longer term assignments. Often individuals entering a new GBS-related position have a need for continued support through external advice. Relational aspects can be covered best through independent external mentoring.

Alignment of strategy, vision and mission statements in the GBS space can be confusing. We integrate this into our coaching approach.
