How the Courses are Organized
Inixia created a proprietary approach to building GBS expertise. Our model starts with Foundation knowledge and builds up to pinnacle skill of Leadership.
Each of the five courses comes with its own professional certification. Completing each successfully, earns an opportunity to earn a sixth designation: Certified GBS Professional. Expect small classes, extensive interaction and personal instruction. Total of 50 class hours.

This course serves as the building block for all other sessions.

3. Operations Management / 12 hours
Operations experts showcase best-class methods of successfully operationalizing your shared service, outlining the approach, methodology and tools needed for running day-to-day operations, managing operational issues and driving continuous improvement methodologies.
This is an essential training for anybody working in either the Head Office or in Shared Service Centers.

4. Transformation Management / 12 hours
Continued evolution is the key to growing and building a successful shared service.
